Fostering Bilingual Professionals

Ming Chuan University places great emphasis on meeting the needs of both teachers and students, establishing various communication channels for timely feedback, and continuously improving teaching, research, service, and counseling. In the future, there will be further efforts to enhance students' English proficiency and cultivate bilingual professionals with international mobility. This will be achieved through the EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) Teaching Resource Center, enhancing the bilingual teaching environment within the university, offering innovative modular courses, establishing assessment mechanisms to promote development, and sharing resources with other schools both within and outside the university who are willing to engage in exchange programs:

• Deepening the English-only environment
• Enhancing students' English proficiency
• Expanding EMI teaching staff
• Promoting resource sharing among various departments within the university and other external institutions.
